The scope and permitted use of READY/ digital planning tools.

Independent planning aids

These digital planning tools are independent informational products, not official government publications, and do not replace live instructions from emergency services, utilities, clinicians or public authorities.

Licence and use

Digital products are licensed for personal use, or internal business use where the product is sold for that purpose, by the purchaser. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Changing guidance

Guidance, products, household circumstances and business circumstances can change. Purchasers should check current official sources during an incident and review stored plans when their circumstances change.

Checkout

Prices and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout apply to that transaction. READY/ products are digital planning documents; no physical emergency kit or equipment is supplied unless explicitly stated.
